By accessing or using Diffy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Diffy provides automated competitor monitoring services, including website change detection, pricing page tracking, and AI-powered change analysis. The Service monitors publicly available web pages and provides alerts and reports based on detected changes.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the selected plan features. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe or your account will be limited.
The Service monitors publicly available web pages. Diffy does not claim ownership of the content on monitored pages. You retain ownership of your account data, configurations, and any custom analysis.
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Diffy and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.
Diffy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
